PulseSocial.AI provides PulseHub, a Human+AI platform that enables executives and teams to create, personalize, and publish social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Our services help you achieve your Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs) and communicate your Higher Purpose by amplifying your brand’s authority and visibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using PulseSocial.AI, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, auto-renewing on the same day each month as your initial billing date (e.g., if billed on June 15, renewal occurs on July 15).

You agree to maintain an account in good standing, with timely payment of all fees. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access

Payments are processed automatically via credit card upon account establishment. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid credit card.

If automatic billing fails, we will notify you to update your payment method. Unresolved payment issues may lead to account suspension.

All fees are non-refundable for the current subscription period, except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to support@pulsesocial.ai (mailto:support@pulsesocial.ai) or by mail to PulseSocial.AI, [Your Address], Cumming, GA 30040.

Access to services will continue until the end of the current subscription period following the 30-day notice. No refunds will be issued for the current period.

You agree to use PulseSocial.AI services in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content created or published through PulseHub.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, or to harm others.

PulseSocial.AI retains ownership of PulseHub, including its software, design, and AI technology. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PulseHub during your subscription.

Content created through PulseHub belongs to you, provided it complies with these Terms.

PulseSocial.AI provides services “as is” and disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or content accuracy, except as required by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold PulseSocial.AI, its affiliates, and partners harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violation of Terms, or at our discretion with 30 days’ notice.

Upon termination, your access to PulseHub will cease, and no refunds will be issued for the current period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
